Registration Policy

There is no registration fee for students who register before January 4, 2024.

After this date, the registration fee is $45 for each student.

Registered students can receive a $20 promotion for each friend they refer, with no limits on the number of referrals.

Tuition Fee

​

Each class is $40 for the weekly art class. The materials fee is $40,  all materials are included by ArtSpark.

Each project is based on how many classes are included, For example, if 1 project has 3 classes, then one project is $120. The project schedule and content will be found here.

Studio Policy

Students will be enrolled on a "first come first served" basis, with a maximum class size of 8 regular students for each present teacher.

 

Only registered students can stay in the classroom to avoid disruptions.

Parents/guardians must accompany students during arrival and departure, ensuring timely drop-offs and pickups. 

​

There will be a waiting area for parents in the studio.

​

Children must be independent in using the washroom, as no assistance will be provided.

​

All students need to attend classes on time for an optimal educational experience. We recommend students be dropped off 5 minutes before the class begins. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the work result can not be guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

​

Missed classes are NON-REFUNDBLE; however, we provide make-up classes. You may attend another class in the same week. Choosing a different week's class will cover different topics. Completion must occur within 6 months. Refunds will not be provided for unused credits.

In the event of one or two class cancellations caused by the studio, the tuition fee will be refunded.
